109.3 hectare (82.99 ha, 205.1 acres available ground) cell claim straddling the Germansen River, 7.3km SE of Germansen Landing and 13.5km NW of Manson Creek. No current infrastructure, but property is located in a historic gold production area. There are two large benches providing mechanical targets (SW of river 9.07ha, 22.25 acres; one east of river that has been logged is 7.2ha, 17.8 acres). The Manson/Germansen area is only suited to mechanical operations. Historically the Germansen/Manson Creek area produced more than 16,585 ounces of gold at an average fineness of 85 to 88. Lawless Creek –
Similkameen Mining Division

Full-size 50 hectare (123.5 acre) legacy claim located on Lawless Creek (formerly Bear Creek) 12.5km NW of Toulameen. Excellent road access. The largest nugget found on Lawless Creek was in 1886 and weighed 585 grams. The area has recently been razed by forest fires and so is largely cleared and ready to set up ponds and a plant area. This claim is suitable for hand or machine work as fine flour gold can be captured in most pans along the creek. MINFILE detail available.

Wells/Barkerville Camp – Cariboo Mining Division

135.64 hectare (335.173 acre) cell claim block consisting of 3 separate tenures. Access is via the Barkerville Hwy 26 east to the 2400 Road at Beaver Pass, then north to the 24A Road then ESE to the 24Q Road. The claims cover the confluence of Sugar and Cooper Creeks where there were active historic workings. The area was permitted for pond construction and a small mining operation but the owner passed away before work could begin. Claim consists of 4 cells – 77.41 hectares; 75.72 hectares of workable area (187.108 acres). Access is off Bowron Lake Road, by Highways gravel pit South of the Antler Creek Bridge. There has been no mechanical work to date on this claim. There are several large gravel bars on this section of Antler Creek can be worked by hand. Bench testing results E/W of the creek has been productive with good colors from all location tests.

             Pundata Creek
                              Asking - $10,000

58.09 hectare (143 acre) parcel consisting of approximately 2.5 cells centered on the creek and located at the lower end of Pundata Valley. The claim has bedrock exposure on the lower end before Pundata flows into the Willow River. The old Pundata cabin is located on the lower celll of the claim and is easily accessible by logging roads and trails. Hand mining of surface gravels was carried out along the length of the creek between 1940 to 1960. Pundata Creek carries significant quantities of fine gold and black sand that can be repeatedly hand panned over much of the creek. Recent logging north and south of the creek provides an opportunity for testing bench placers. Access is available from mid-May to mid-October and this claim provides an excellent opportunity for either hobby or seasoned miners.
